I reached out to dayalane a few different times and barely heard anything back. When someone finally did reply, it didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I was still stuck waiting with no clear update. Maybe they’re short-staffed or just overwhelmed, I don’t know, but it definitely felt like my issue wasn’t a priority. Overall, frustrating.

I ordered from dayalane.com one time, and it went fine mostly. The delivery was a little longer than I was hoping for, but the item itself was good, so not really much to complain about...

I did get the item exchanged in the end, so that’s something. It just took longer than I expected, but I guess patience is part of the process now.

I ordered my usual size, but it showed up feeling way too tight. I even checked the size chart, but it didnt really help much. Kinda dissapointed because I was hoping it would fit better.

I ordered from Dayalane expecting the delivery date to be accurate, but the package showed up a couple days later than what was listed. The tracking also barely updated, so for a while I had no idea if it was actually moving or just stuck somewhere. To be fair, everything arrived in good condition and my order was correct, so that part was totally fine. I just expected a smoother delivery experience with clearer updates. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely not as reliable as I thought it would be.

I thought the shirt was going to be a bit darker from the pictures online. Opened the package and... yeah, not exactly the same shade. It’s still a nice shirt, and I’ll probably wear it, just wasn’t quite what I had in mind.

I got to the payment page, but something about it didn’t feel totally secure. I didn’t feel comfortable putting in my card details, so I ended up backing out before finishing the order.

The order did eventually arrive, but the shipping was slower than I expected. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but the delay was frustrating, and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience

I ordered from Dayalane the tracking did show up, but it took a bit to actually update. I had to check it a few times before I saw any movement. The package arrived fine in the end, it just wasn’t the clearest tracking experience.

I ended up saving a bit of money, which was nice. The offers seem decent overall, but I’d definitely recommend checking the terms first so you know exactly what you’re getting.

I ordered from dayalane and, to be fair, it did look close to the photos. But once I actually felt the material, I could tell it was a little thinner than I was hoping for. Reading between the lines, it feels like one of those pieces that’s cute and comfortable now, but might not be the most durable after a few washes. Not a bad buy, just not something I’m totally sold on either.

After only using it for a short time, it already started looking worn out. What made it more annoying was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect or what was going on with the order. I think I was browsing the site last week, or maybe the week before, trying to place an order, and pretty much everything I wanted was out of stock. After clicking around for a while and getting nowhere, it just felt like a waste of time.

I got stuck at checkout again, whoever is in charge of keeping that process running needs to take a closer look. It’s frustrating when you’re ready to pay and the site just makes it difficult for no reason...

I’ve ordered from Dayalane in the past and wanted to keep liking them, but this one was a letdown. The box showed up really crushed, and it was so thin with barely any padding inside. A couple corners were smashed and one of the items even had a scratch on it. It just felt careless, which is frustrating because I’ve had decent experiences with them before. Not sure I’d order again unless they fix the packaging.

I had to return a pair because the size was off, which was kind of frustrating because I thought I had checked everything before ordering. At least the return form wasn’t a headache, and support got back to me the next day with the label, so that part went smoothly.

The refund took about a week after they received it, which felt a little slow when you’re just waiting to get your money back, but it did eventually come through. I’d probably order from them again, but next time I’m definitely double-checking the sizing because dealing with returns is just annoying

I don’t know, the reviews just didn’t feel totally real to me. Like I kept reading through them trying to get a good sense of things, but something felt a little too polished or weirdly vague, and once I noticed that I couldn’t really trust it anymore.
